Q: How can I access machine translation?
A: You can use the translation page on this web site, or you can download software to you Blackberry or Smart phone. A tested models list will be posted shortly. With our software on your phone you can translate any text into any of our available languages
Q: I cannot see letters or numbers (alaphbet charaters) in all languages. Why is this?
A: Your handset (cell phone) manufacturer may not install all the fonts (alphabets) to the languages that Transclick supports. The RECIPIENT will see the characters in email, if their email program / device supports the fonts in question.
Q: I cannot sign into Transclick. I see a space for user name and password but no "Sign In" button.
A: In the lower left corner of your screen, there is an "Options" button, open that and the select "Sign In".
Q: What is unauthorized access?
A: When the unique key provided by the Transclick is not available in your device's persistent store and you are trying to login.
Q: My Transclick software download is not completing
A: Get a better cell signal and try again. If this does not work, pull your cell phone battery out, replace and try to download again.
Q: Transclick software stops dead when I try to register
A: Copy and paste http://next.transclick.com/images/downjad/new_cu/cu.jad and email it to your Blackberry, and download the cleaning utility (software contained in the link). Then try again. If that does not work, delete the software (see 3) and reinstall.
Q: How do I delete Transclick software?
A: Go to Options ==> Advanced ==> Applications ==> scroll to Transclick ==> hit "menu and delete". DO NOT forget to reboot the device when done.
Q: I am receiving a message "Phone number already registered"
A: Try again, but add a "1" or a "0" to your cell phone number. If our server sees a duplicate, it will not let you register.
Q: What languages do you support?
A: Currently (this may change) we support English, Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portugese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, and Ukranian.
Q: Do you support Text Messaging?
A: Not currently. You may copy / paste the text of a translated message into a text message and send it out. The text may contain imperfections (junk characters) when received.
Q: If I receive an email in a foreign language, what can I do?
A: Go into your regular Blackberry email and open the menu. You will see the top item says "Translate". Select that, and our software will open and allow you to translate the incoming email.
Q: What can I do if I require a refund?
A: 1) If you purchased on Mobihand, please email customersupport@mobihand.com and INCLUDE your order number in the body of the email. 2) If you purchased on AppWorld (Paypal), visit your Paypal account to inquire about refunds.
